Unity of Tradition

Whatever the level of consciousness, meditation is a process through which the “witness” can be distinguished from both the subject and the object of knowledge.
Consciousness goes beyond the subject and the object. Once we become aware of our individuality we can go beyond it.
When we do not make this distinction, the “witness” is hidden under the weight of false perceptions.
We can detach from an object only if we focus our attention correctly. When we comprehend the nature of both the object and the subject, we become detached from them not because we escape them but because they start waning in front of our consciousness until they disappear completely.

May the Spiritual-Cosciential Influx of the Veda and the sacred Mysteries penetrate our consciousness.
